ABOUT ME

I’m Sonia Durán, LCSW, a licensed clinical social worker with over 18 years of experience in the mental health field. I support individuals in their personal growth and healing through a compassionate, ethical, and evidence-based approach.

I specialize in self-esteem, anxiety, relational trauma, and patterns of people-pleasing or self-sabotage. My practice incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), strength-based interventions, and emotional regulation techniques tailored to each client.

My work is rooted in a deep understanding of the human experience and a strong commitment to sustainable personal growth. I provide a professional and safe online space for clients to move toward greater clarity, balance, and authenticity.

I currently offer online individual therapy only for residents of California, Kansas, and Missouri.
